Where’s my order?
Your order will be made to order within 2 business days of receiving your item, we will then send it using the delivery service you chose on checkout.
How long will my item take to make?
Each item is made by hand and made to order, while we strive to make your order within 2 business days of receiving the item sometimes in busier periods we may take a little longer.
We aim to make and ship your item in 2 business days.
How long will delivery take?
If you have purchased our standard first class delivery this usually can take 1 to 3 business days (in the UK), however due to busy periods it can take longer.
If you have purchased our express services in the UK or the rest of the world (except Australia) your item should take between 3 and 7 business days.
Orders going to Australia take between 5 and 15 business days.
I haven’t received a confirmation email after ordering, have you got my order?
If you have ordered between Friday 5pm and Monday 9am your order will not be processed till Monday or Tuesday depending on the influx of orders.
We make all the items by hand and we make them in the order of receiving them.
Please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.
If for some reason you have not received your confirmation email in 2 business days please contact us at email@example.com and we can confirm if we have received your item and when it either was or will be shipped to you.
I made a mistake on my personalisation what do I do?
Contact us as soon as you have noticed you have made an error, you can either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01326 617560 and ask for Kevin or Ellie. Please have your order number, the item you ordered and the correction you need to make at hand.
I want to personalise my own item, how do I do this?
Many of our items already have the option to personalise, some are limited to what can be personalised based on our suppliers or room on the product. If you find an item that you want to change more than the personalisation shows contact us on email@example.com and you can speak with us about changing or designing an item. Please be aware if we need to drastically change an item there will be a design fee.
How do I get a ring resized (for free)?
If you have received your ring and it doesn’t fit, send an email with your order number and the size you require. As soon as we receive it we will resize (or replace if it’s a drastic change) and get it back to you as soon as possible.
Please package your ring back up and send it to the address below.
We do resize rings for free to ensure you get the perfect size ring, but if you’re unsure on the size you require please get sized at a jewellery shop.
