How can I make a return?

If for any reason you aren’t happy with your item, first contact us at sales@dropship.co.uk, we will do our best to ensure you get the product you are happy with.

If you’re still not happy with your order you are entitled to return your item within 14 calendar days of purchasing your item.

You will receive a full refund when we receive the item at our warehouse.

The item must be returned unused and it must be returned in its original packaging with any and all extra items included in the package.

 

How can I get a jewellery item repaired?

If you find that your item has been damaged in transit or in the unusual event that it has broken please email us at sales@dropship.co.uk and we will provide you with our repairs address, if the item is beyond repair we will replace the item like for like.

Unfortunately we regret that we cannot repair items that have been damaged when worn outside of normal parameters or any general wear and tear.

 

Can I return a personalised or custom fit item?

Unfortunately items that have been personalised to your requirements cannot be returned unless we have made an error in spelling or design, please ensure you check all personalisations before purchasing and if you notice you have made an error please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the mistake.

Items that have been custom fit cannot be returned as it has been made to order.

The only exceptions are rings as we do offer a free resize to ensure you get the perfect fit for your rings.

 

What items can’t be returned?

Items that have been personalised or custom fit cannot be returned unless an error on our part or the item has been damaged in transit.
